Lane Alerts lists carriers who asked for loads from an origin. Each new load on their lane can get a text. They can reply STOP to opt out. A carrier gets at most 2 texts per phone per day, only between 7 AM and 9 PM Central, and never the same load twice. The page is for admins.

## Open it

1. In the left menu, under **CRM**, click **Lane Alerts**.
2. Use the buttons **Active**, **Opted out** and **Removed**. Each shows how many there are.

Each card is one carrier, shown by phone or email, with a count of texts sent. Under it is each lane: the origin city and state, the date it was added, and how many texts were sent or failed. A carrier can be opted out on one lane and active on another.

## Results

The **Results** card at the top shows how the texts do: **Sent**, **Clicked**, **Replied**, **Booked** and **Covered**. Hover a heading for its meaning. Loads covered without a carrier phone or MC can't be matched to a carrier. **Clicked** counts only once tracked links are on.

## Remove a lane

1. Find the lane on the carrier's card.
2. Click **Remove**, then confirm.

The carrier is not texted about that lane again. The record stays under **Removed**.

## Send a test text

1. Click **Send test lane text**.
2. Type a 10-digit number.

The test text does not count in **Sent**. Reply to it to see what happens.
