See and manage Lane Alerts for carriers

Updated · 1 min read

In short

Open Lane Alerts under CRM. Each carrier's card lists the origins they asked for. Carriers can reply STOP to opt out. An admin can Remove a lane or send a test text.

Lane Alerts lists carriers who asked for loads from an origin. Each new load on their lane can get a text. They can reply STOP to opt out. A carrier gets at most 2 texts per phone per day, only between 7 AM and 9 PM Central, and never the same load twice. The page is for admins.

Open it

  1. In the left menu, under CRM, click Lane Alerts.
  2. Use the buttons Active, Opted out and Removed. Each shows how many there are.

Each card is one carrier, shown by phone or email, with a count of texts sent. Under it is each lane: the origin city and state, the date it was added, and how many texts were sent or failed. A carrier can be opted out on one lane and active on another.

Results

The Results card at the top shows how the texts do: Sent, Clicked, Replied, Booked and Covered. Hover a heading for its meaning. Loads covered without a carrier phone or MC can't be matched to a carrier. Clicked counts only once tracked links are on.

Remove a lane

  1. Find the lane on the carrier's card.
  2. Click Remove, then confirm.

The carrier is not texted about that lane again. The record stays under Removed.

Send a test text

  1. Click Send test lane text.
  2. Type a 10-digit number.

The test text does not count in Sent. Reply to it to see what happens.
