Set up your agency in SmartLoads
Sign in at smartloads.io/auth. As an admin, open Settings → Agency Profile to check your agency's name, main contact and board work hours. Then invite your team, add your customers, connect Truckstop and Outlook, and install the Aljex extension.
This checklist is for your agency's admin. Each step links to a longer article.

Check your agency profile
- In the left menu, under Settings, click Agency Profile.
- Click Edit Profile.

Set your board work hours
On the same page, the Board work hours card holds your Timezone, Sync interval (minutes), Start time, End time and Work days. Change them and click Save work hours.
The default is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central time, Monday to Friday, every 30 minutes. Scheduled syncs and imports run inside these hours, starting shortly before your start time. Truckstop auto-posting runs inside them too, and only while the board is switched on.
The page also has agency-wide switches, such as Board lifecycle and Covering from a rate con. Leave them as they are until you need them.
Next steps
- Invite your team and choose what each person can open.
- Add your customers and send each one their intake email.
- Connect Truckstop to post loads through its API.
- Install the Outlook panel on each mailbox.
- If you use Aljex, install the Chrome extension on each computer.
